Abstract

The problem of cancer takes a special place among the modern scientific problems. It bothers equally the representatives of all countries and nations. There are special scientific programs, common to many countries, aimed at clearing up specific issues of oncology – the science of the study of malignant tumors. A broad program of research was developed by the World Health Organization. Cancer, as a disease that affects a person, has long been holding in fear all humanity. However, why did the subject of malignant neoplasms become so relevant in recent decades? In this scientific work we will try to figure out if the cancer is really as “terrible” as people believe it. What exactly does it represent, the laws of its origin and development, the methods of diagnosis and treatment? How can microorganisms affect the development of cancer in the body? The problem of cancer is many-sided, so we will try to consider as many sides as possible.
